Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the items in their original velvet pouches and designer boxes, ensuring all tags are still attached and the jewelry is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
